Vision

The Division's vision is to increase the capacity of government to manage resources and to create and implement strategies that improve the quality and cost effectiveness of public services.

Mission

The mission of the Department of Administrative Services is to provide expertly managed services to our customers that maximize the efficiency of state government.

The Budget Division's mission is to provide quality fiscal policy analysis for the Governor and ensure the most effective and efficient use of public resources.

Principles

Leadership in developing fiscal policy with a clear mission which is oriented toward results.
Accountability for measuring the results of our investment of public resources toward that mission.
Service to the governor and taxpayers of the state through fiscal integrity and use of sound business practice.
